Agstock only
collects personal information that is necessary for one or more of
its legitimate functions or activities. It will only collect
personal information by lawful and fair means. In all cases, the
personal information collected about you will be required or
necessary to provide you with personalised service.

details will only be used for the purpose for which they are
collected or for a related purpose. Such information will also not
be disclosed to external third parties unless it is for the purpose
of servicing you further or required by law.
Agstock will take
reasonable steps to make sure that the personal information it
collects or uses is accurate, complete and up-to-date. It will also
take reasonable steps to protect the personal information it holds
from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or
disclosure. The information that is physically collected is stored
in a secure office environment. The electronic information is
secured from unauthorised access by the implementation of username
and password procedures and each account is allocated access to
authorised areas of the File Server. Agstock File Server also
undergoes daily back up tape procedures to protect against the
possibility of data loss and both the File Server and workstations
operate anti virus software. The administration area of the Agstock
website is protected against unauthorised access by the allocation
of username and password procedures.
Where
Agstock holds personal information about you, unless it is
considered unreasonable, it will provide you with access to that
